Counter-Notification

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

ghstream.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

ghstream.com will not be held liable for removing or disabling access to content alleged to infringe copyright.
